• The date I would like to book is unavailable

    There are a few reasons why a date might be showing unavailable.

    If you are trying to book a date that is a few months away, please note that the booking window is 10 weeks in advance.  Dates further out than 10 weeks will open up as we get closer so check back then!

    It may also be either sold out or the hotel has blocked out that day for day guests because the hotel is at capacity.  There is a small chance it could open but it is best to book another available option or hotel.  We are also building a waitlist feature

  • I signed up on a waitlist. What's next?

    If a hotel is showing unavailable for a day that you would like to book, this could be for a couple reasons.  It is either sold out, blocked out, or not open to book yet.  If it is a weekend or peak time, the highest likelihood is that the hotel is not offering spots to day guests on that day.  It is recommended to book another option or an available hotel!

    We are developing our Waitlist feature to give you more information and updates on the availability of your desired date but in the meantime, we try to respond to waitlist requests but may not get to all of them.

    It is best to check back on our site to see if your date opens up or book another available option for that day!

  • How far in advance can I book?

  • Can I bring my own food and drink items to the hotel?

    Bringing outside food and beverage including coolers is not permitted.  The only exception is a birthday cake if you are celebrating a birthday in a Cabana.  

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

  • Are towels provided at the hotel?

    Yes, towels are provided at the pool area!

  • I tagged a post on social media. Can I get my 10% discount code?

  • Do you offer any special group rates?

    Yes!  If you are planning a special event (birthday party, bachelorette, bridal shower, corporate event, etc.) with more than 12 people, please email us at info@resortpass.com with your desired hotel, date, and number of people.  We can give you a 10% discount. 

  • I am trying to book but it's not going through

    Make sure all fields are filled out in the checkout page, including zip code.  Check for typos in any of the fields.  Also check your credit card info is correct.  If it is still not working or if you are getting an error, please contact us and include a description of what is happening and the device/browser you are on. 

  • Do you need to be staying at the hotel to book a Day Pass or Cabana?

    Nope!  Our site is specifically for people who don't have a room booked at a hotel and just want to enjoy the amenities for the day.

    However, if you are staying at the hotel, you may book a Cabana on our site (regular access to the pool is included with your room reservation so no need to book a Day Pass!). 

     

     

     

  • Why are there different prices for different days?

    Our hotels set their pricing depending on the occupancy at the hotel among other factors.  Weekends are typically higher than weekdays.  Holidays and peak weekends might also have higher rates.  Pricing can change at any time!

  • What times/hours are the Day Pass or Cabana good for?

    You can see the hours for each hotel on their page of our website by scrolling down the page.  You will also see the hours in your Booking Confirmation email after you book.  

  • Do you need to book Day Passes on top of a Cabana or do Cabanas include Day Passes?

    Cabanas include Day Passes so you do not need to book Day Passes with your Cabana unless the number of people you would like to book exceeds the maximum amount included in the Cabana.
